Description
Plastic Conduit Cones
Conduit cones are used to provide accurate clearance in formwork. Conduit or tube spacer is an integral part of formwork systems, enabling tie bars to pass through the formwork and provide easier tightening. It is used in retaining walls and concrete columns creating a smooth passageway for z bars and tie bars to pass through. This enables the formwork to be tightened and conduit is often used in conjunction with cones which provide neat flush openings for the conduit ends.
Conduit cones are used to provide accurate clearance in formwork. These cones measure 20mm and are white for easy size identification when used with other size/colour cones. Sold in a pack of 500, they are an essential item for formworking.
Formwork cones are fitted to the end of the conduit tube and sit flush against the formwork. Cones enable a neat recess to be created in order to patch the concrete after stripping the formwork. The cones fit snugly on the end of the conduit tube and are available in most common sizes to fit tie bars or Z bars.
